PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY — THESE TERMS SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THE RELEVANT PORTAL THAT GOVERN YOUR USE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. BY CHOOSING TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES FROM US, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS;
